Lunch hour wait for my friend and I was about 5 minutes which was great! It took 10 minutes just to get our drink orders and another 8 to get chips and salsa which is bad. Also, the manager was the one to take our drink orders NOT our server. The manager explained how they were understaffed which was totally understandable, however our actual waitress was busy attending to the tables behind us. Our waitress was less than thrilled to come to our table but was having a blast at others. Seeing that my friend and I are 19 we don't come off as great tippers but did not expect this prejudice. At this point I lost my appetite and my friend ordered only an appetizer asking for the check immediately. We felt deliberately ignored. This is the first occurance of such behavior but it is enough to rethink dining at this Chili's again.
