AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. The food was absolutely awful and disgusting. I am Italian, born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA where you can find REAL AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD and we decided to try out the Gondolier in Clinton, TN where we live because I believe everyone deserves 1 chance to get it right but this restaurant just got it all wrong. The marinara sauce (hardly) tasted like someone opened up a can of tomato paste and poured it in a bowl and the white pizza had no garlic and no taste. In fact it was like chewing gum. I invite all owners to go to Pittsburgh and get a taste of what real authentic Italian food should taste like. These ppl need some serious cooking lessons. We will never go back again. I had to rate it 1 star to publish this review, otherwise I would not have rated it any stars.
