Lettuce wraps are mmmmmh.. Good food, good drinks.

This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites.. In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

On the Recommended List. PF Changs enjoyed massive crowds and enthusiastic reviews when it opened here in Knoxville... but so do most restaurants with big-city reputations. I have never been disappointed with a meal or service, though I know a few folks who have, and I am a fan of the Orange Chicken and the fun lettuce wraps. The place has a sort of upscale family atmosphere, which works well in Knoxville, and I believe PF Changs fills a good niche. Take your romantic date somewhere else, but the inlaws will love you for taking them out to dinner at PF Changs.

Chic Place. Been to the location in Austin, good stuff, but it isnt great. Nice place to take a date. I got lucky on the drinks -the bartender tried really hard to make a Mexican Martini...but it was fun trying! The food is always reliably good but Im still looking for wonderful.
