Waxing Misshap but good massage.. My first visit was a bikini wax. As an avid bikini waxer I was hesitant to find a new place. We have just moved to TN and I needed a new place, after much searching I decided to go for Panache. I went in for my wax - it seemed like it was done with hard wax a new experience for me and the esthetician was very chatty and made me feel very comfortable. Ever thing was clean and the room was nice so you can imagine my shock when I got up and found that she had left some wax on me! Eeep! I managed to wash off most of it with soap and water but I was so disappointed I haven't been back for a wax. I'm not sure if I will try them again for a wax.

I did recently have a massage and pedicure that were both very nice! The massage therapist was super nice and made me feel 100% comfortable and the pedicure was awesome - my feet have never been so soft. So I'd go back for a massage but not sure about the wax.

awesome color. I decided to try to save money by using a box color. it completely ruined my color. My hair was orange. I called the salon and they recommended Jenny. She saved my hair! It's now back to my original blonde and I'm so thankful. i'd recommend Jenny to anyone for color. she was amazing.

Best salon experience EVER!!. I was in a hair rut and sick of $20 Wal-Mart haircuts so I decided to treat myself to a nice place. I browsed all the salons in Knoxville on the internet and found Panache. From the first phone call to when I walked out the door I was very happy with the service. Everyone at Panache is doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing! My hair is very long and I've been coloring it black...so I asked the colorist (thank you Paul!) if he could take some of the black off and cut off some of the dead hair without sacrificing a lot of the length. It ended up taking a lot more time than he thought but he did not rush me. He even asked a co-worker if they could take his appointments and he spent the whole day on me, even staying after the salon hours to finish. He did exactly what I wanted to my hair, he listened to every word I said, and gave me one of the best haircuts in my life. Paul and the whole staff are true professionals in every sense of the word, and I would recommend this salon to anyone. Finally a price tag that matches the quality and quantity of service. Thank you!!

AMAZING!. I have been looking for a stylist for about a year after mine left. I havent been able to find one until I went into Panache. Crissy did an amazing job and was so understanding and friendly. She was running a little late- no big deal and the rest of the staff apologized repeatedly and offered my coffee. They were all amazing and friendly. The atmosphere is great. I dont think its that expensive. i would of paid a lot more than I did for the job she did to my head! Amazing place- highly recommend it!

Great Salon and Spa!. I have been a customer for about a year and love this place. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and relaxed. I highly recommend Panache to anyone looking for an upscale salon with low cost services! Definitely the best salon in Fountain City.

best hair extentions. I am letting my grow out, I went to Panache to get extentions. Christy did the best job on my hair and I love it!!

Worst salon I've ever visited!!!. The staff was cold and showed no personality. The bathroom was dirty. The prices are way to high for the services. The decor was great.

Most "At Home" Environment. I have visited many salons, but no one made me feel as comfortable as Panache. Having really long hair, I always get the suggestion that I should cut it off but not here!! I went in and described what I wanted to do with my hair, and they did just what I said to a tee!! The staff was completely friendly. I recommend it highly!!

Best hair cut & color ever!!!. I want to reccomend Amanda Calazzo to anyone looking for a new stylist. I've never been happier and the compliments I get on my hair are amazing.
