Liars and Dishonest. Purchased a $6000.00 Serta icomfort revolution mattress set which has 120 day in home trial with no question ask return. Delivered on Sat. went to store next day on Sunday to let them know our mattress was so hard and actually caused severe pain to both myself and my husband. We were told to contact the manager Dave on Monday and he would let us return and exchange. Well NO!!!!! we were told too bad we are stuck, even though they believe the mfg made mistake labeling the mattress as revolution when they believe it is Gen. mattress. We then were told our house is too cold at 78 degrees and to warm our house up because the mattress will be hard unless it is warm. They told me to get an attorney and that no matter what it is illegal in the state of TN to return a mattress even with the in home guarantee. We were told otherwise at the sale. The manager said once they put the items on their trucks they are used and we are locked into the sale even if they had not delivered. He then offered to let me return the mattress and take the floor model after thousands of people lying on it and it being dirty but said he could not deduct a penny for taking the floor model. I told him we would eat the price of the mattress of $1699 and return the adjustable base he said ok then later said no that it is part of the mattress and is illegal to return and would have me arrested if we tried to return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service at Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. We bought a very expensive mattress there because my husband has fractured back. We were assured that if it did not sleep well we could return it within 90 days. It does not sleep well. In fact I keeping rolling to the outside, feeling like I am about to roll out of bed. We called them to arrange pick up and they said it cannot be returned.

They lied to us. Our fault for not getting it in writing! Now we are out $4300 for a lousy mattress set. Sales folks were sooo nice when we were buying. Ever sense they have been extremely rude. Last trip EVER there.…
