Not recommending for Mattresses/Beds, this retailer gives run around on claims with problem matresses. I've had my mattress just over a year. We have big indents on both sides of the bed. Apparently they know its an issue and choose to avoid people, that have claims, Sealy says that the retailer is responsible for all claims, so as I'm going through this we will see how far I get. It's already to the point of annoying when everyone tells you its someone else's problem.

The store is beautiful and well kept. There is always an abundance to choose from which is very helpful when you are really not sure what you want. The staff is courteous and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the furniture is excellent. Our salesman was very nice and the sale went quickly and smoothly. I will always choose Knoxvilee Wholesale first when looking for furniture in the future.

I had a great experience with this store. I bought a sofa and love seat but found when I got the sofa home, it wouldnt fit in my door. The manager allowed me to swap it for another loveseat with no grief at all. I had to wait for it to come in, but got it after about a week, as promised. No one there was ever rude or wrong with me, even though i was in the wrong.

Best selection I could find in the down-turned economy. I love the bed and am interested in getting the rest of the furniture to go with it sometime.

I've bought furniture for over 20years,@Knoxville wholesale furniture, had the biggest selection of furniture, I've ever seen. And the sales department were not pushy,but very helpful in answering any questions I had. So the next time I buy furniture, it will be at Knoxville wholesale. Thank you.

My experience with Kat at the clearance center was terrific! She was extremely nice and was very thorough. She knew exactly what to do to make my purchase as easy as possible. When I went to the warehouse to pick up a piece of furniture, it was also extremely easy and quick. The guys working there are very polite, helpful, and do a great job!

If you buy a toaster from Target, and it malfunctions 2 years later....do you call Target?? No, it's your responsibility to contact the manufacturer of the product. People really should take a little more ownership in their own products and get educated about what you purchase. I have furnished 2 of my own homes, and our vacation properties with Knoville Wholesale, and have never had a problem with the quality of my furniture or the customer service. I did have a few items that took about 8 weeks to arrive, but I was advised of the waiting period since it is made over seas. Would highly reccomend this business to anyone.
