Love my color!. I have been a client of Capelli Bella Salon for years. The owners/stylists have always made me look younger and beautiful. The color provided is incredible! I receive compliments for weeks after having my hair colored/styled. I wouldn't have any other salon touch my hair!

Don't give you what you want. The first time I went, I had Stephani, who is the daughter of the owner. She is very nice and friendly. She didn't give me quite the haircut I asked for, but I liked what she did and how she styled my hair all the same. The second (and last) time I went, I asked for her again because I wanted to cut off all my hair into a very short cut, and I trusted her to do it. However, she passed me off to her mom, the owner, and I agreed because I figured I could trust her, too. I brought in several pictures of what I wanted, and a couple of what I did NOT, and I ended up getting a haircut I did NOT want. She gave me a "mom" cut, and I wanted a cut like Sienna Miller's. Then she tried to tell me that she DID give me the cut I asked for, when it was very obvious to me just where she had gone wrong. I looked like Doris Day when she was done, and I almost cried. Now, after a few days, I have learned to style it so that it's bearable, but I still feel like she didn't listen to me and gave me a stupid haircut.

Worst Salon Coloring EVER. I visited this salon about a year ago for the First and Last time. The woman who cut my hair was wearing a lowcut, unprofessional shirt and laughed at my hair. I'm a Brunette and get my hair colored Blonde.. I had about 2 inches of roots b/c I had been looking for a new salon. The lady said I had a Halo- U dont make fun of a customer's hair.. Anyways I just wanted my roots bleached & talked about lowlights. First try my hair turned out Grey and White!! Ya- I was like wtf- how did she do that? I was crying I was soo pissed.. she put a "toner" on it and that just turned it brown. After about 4 hours of shitty service, the manager came in and she put some goo on my hair, which only turned it light brown.. after 7 longgg hour, I paid $150 just to get outta that place. It wasn't what I wanted @all & I will Never go back! The me today wouldn't have paid for that shitty coloring.

GREAT COLOR!. Kathy has cut and colored my hair every 5 weeks for at least 14 years. She is an excellent colorist and I am very pleased with the results. I am 80% gray, so she uses three colors on the ends of my hair and even a color on my hairline. I love the depth of color in my hair and no one has ever thought I was even slightly gray. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Horrible Salon!!. This place was awful! I went in and asked for carmel colored highlights, and Kathy gave me ugly platinum blonde huge highlights. I looked like trailer trash. Beforehand she had held up a light brown sample up to my hair, and it looked good. However I got something completely different! I was charged $100 for this mess, $10 more than what the price usually is. Avoid this salon!
