Keith D. Weiner and Assoc. LPA. I am pursuing fed. reg. collection violation by attorney Keith D. Weiner and Assoc. I am a VP/Director of Audit, Compliance I know the laws for collection and have a number of violations on the Law firm! I have already contacted The AG Cons. Prot. agency who is pursuing the case. I was never made aware of a deficiency on my repo balance and how to handle it. I received a judgment placed against me handled by Keith D. Weiner . I called them to see what was going on and they said the judgment could be dropped if I made some good faith payments. I told them I would do my best. I then received a second judgment against me shortly after. I called them and they said not to worry it was a technicality. I had to delay my payment and today received a phone call from them. The firm made two, at minimum violations. Charmain Carter became angry when I said I did not have the money yet and I knew there was a chance that the Fed. Bailout was going to include that repo deficiency balances be erased. She stated "Do you just not pay your bills?" That is an insult and a direct violation. She would not allow me to talk speaking over me and said my file was being marked as a refusal to pay. I said no I will pay when I have the money. She stated again was a refusal to pay. I then hung up on her due to the violation. I called back a few minutes later and she told me to never call back and hung up on me. I had speak to someone else to get her name for FTC, The AG Cons. Prot. Agency, the Banking Comm, and all Fed Credit and Banking Regulators for 2 clear violations. I am a VP/Director of Audit, Compliance, before I lost my job due to bank sale. 2+ violations accured. I am pursuing them against the firm, Ford Credit, and the personal caller for both. I also contacted AG Cons. Protection Agency, banking com., and all Fed.-bank regulator. Both Ford Motor Credit and Keith D. Weiner and Assoc will be named. I was a bank VP/Dir. Audit and compliance. I know the laws.
