Wont Be Back- On our visit we were seated upstairs on a hot night and the A/C wasnt working, so as we sit and wait we are sweating. The service was very slow 15 minutes just to get salads. It was not busy at all, in fact it was more than half empty. We went on Tuesday all you can eat wing night. We all ordered wings. They bring you only 4 or 6 pieces on your first round depending on if you ordered breaded or grilled. On the 2nd round and every round thereafter they only bring you 2 or pieces so it literally takes forever to fill up and to pay 12.99 and eat less the a dozen boneless wings is rediculous we were there over 2 hours and only made it to 4th round so on the outcome it wasn't worth the wait . The breaded boneless are small kinda like a chicken nugget size the grilled are bigger you can get breaded shrimp too but they only bring a couple at a time after the 1st round, they do it this way to make you fill up quicker while you wait and it wasn't one round right after another, we had to wait at least 10-15 minutes between rounds even though we put our orders in immediately for the next rounds. This place was not very clean either so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all, IT WAS THAT BAD. I WON'T GO BACK.
The worst house tenants & reataurant managers. TO: Jeff & Gale (Managers), why would you leave my house in the spiteful conditions that you did? I rented you a great property for a very reasonable price and you lived in it for more than two years. It was your home and you left it trashed and destroyed. There was dog crap all over! Trash and no good furniture in every room. You ruined the washer & dryer, the A/C and took the refrigerator. The bathrooms are unserviceable! The sunroom ruined! And there is more, the City had to intervene because of the conditions of the house and its surroundings! I was given 10 days to clean up the mess you left behind. YOU ARE SO NASTY! How could you be so disgusting? And you run a restaurant? I can only imagine how horrible it must be there. I would be afraid to eat there. Everyone that has seen the way you left my house has recommended for me to take you to court but I refuse to deal with you anymore. You know that you were wrong and you will most definitely pay for your actions because I serve a just God that will take care of you. You do not owe me anything you owe Him now.
I went into this restaurant after a friend of mine got hired to work there. She was offered a bartending position right off the bat but had to go through server training. My girlfriend and I went in to Quaker Steak and Lube and asked for our friend by name. The manager, later to find out she's the wife of the general manager, said to me when I asked if my friend could serve us on the patio because we wanted to smoke, the very rude woman laughed out loud and ridiculed my friend by saying, "hahaha...she's got a long way to go before she can serve you out there" and then rudely walked off. What happened to the customer is always right?
We were there so we ordered anyway... The food was cold when it arrived and the pita bread in our greek nachos was stale. We ordered Magna fries and about 1/3 of them were practically frozen inside.
My friend had been there before and was quite a regular customer but vowed to never return after how the manager lady talked down about our friend right in front of her.
I agree with the other reviewer that they should learn how to treat people with respect at that place and they should definitely use fresher ingreedients.
Management Bully. The potential for excellence is there, but sadly it seems as if the management does not care about their employees. I was wittness to a manager making a 20 year old girl cry. The manager appeared to be the general managers wife, maybe she was on a power trip, i'm not really sure. Anyway there is never an excuse to make an employee cry while she is on the floor attempting to do her job. Whatever happened to criticize in private? The food I ordered was cold yet no one offered to do anything about that. The one good positive that I can say is that the patio guests did seem happy with the service of the bartender. Tall Paul did play that Sunday.
