Horrible Customer Service

I have had a lot of problems with this tanning studio from the beginning. My biggest issue with them is their poor customer service. A very large charge was deducted twice on my checking account and getting in touch with a manager to fix this was very difficult. I'm not sure the managers even come in to work ever because it took a LONG time to hear back! I would not recommend going here!

Avoid contracts

Beware the automatic withdrawals contracts. I signed up for a year, then moved, and you must submit in WRITING to cancel the account. Otherwise, they continue to take their money out. (Fine print even though I was TOLD it was for ONE YEAR ONLY.)
- Pros: Abundant facilities and good hours
- Cons: Fine print, waiting time during peak seasons
