The stylists are very snobby and I feel like I have to dress up and wear expensive heels and clothes just to walk in the place! They do a good job but definitely not worth the very high price
stuck up stylists with no experience – I got highlights and a cut during my first and only visit. The highlights were decent, but nothing I could not have done on my own at home for 1/4 of the cost. The stylist who cut my hair was terrible. She (who had maybe an inch of blood red hair on her own head) was criticizing my long blonde hair. She asked what kind of shampoo I used and I told her usually Pantene, then she gave me a look like I am so much better than you and told me people use pantene to wash blood off carpets. Thanks for that. Your sales techniques are just impeccable. The cut was absolutely nothing special. I told her I wanted to keep it long but to trim off whatever she needed to make it more healthy and to add in some layers. There were no layers. She trimmed an inch off (something I regularly do myself and do not need her snobby self to do for me) and then she didn't even style it. I can't remember but I think the cut was around $30 or $35. It is ridiculous to pay that for an inch trim and getting sent out the door with frizzy half dried hair.
DON'T GO!!! Walmart or cost cutters could give a higher quality cut and color...and they would do it with much more friendly service.
DON"T GO!! – I have been a nice shade of blond for 20 yrs and one of the colorists at studio visage did my hair and decided to make it brown- very dark brown. I had no idea what she was going to do. she said that she was going to add some "low lights" with the highlights and it would be a beautiful shade of blond. needless to say, I came out of the salon with very dark brown hair all over and of course still had to pay the same amount even though she ruined my hair. the next day, I got into salon visage and they said they could fix my hair. well, for another $50.00, they did put in a few highlights, but the color was still horribly. I don't even look like the same person. please don't ever go to this place, they don't stand behind their services and have very young inexperienced staff. for the high dollar service, you would expect some experience.
