Italian Disappointment- Service was
awful and we went at an off time the place was practically empty, no server for the first 10 minutes at our table then drinks took long, had to adk for bread and we still didnt get it for 15 more minutes. The calamari was under cooked and under portioned, we sent it back, we had to ask for bread a 2nd time and than they gave us less. None of the dinners come with anything No Salad, no side. For the prices this place charges for the dinners I'd say its a rip. We won't be going back, all the dinners were fair nothing worth mention.
Bravo impressed us immediately with their beautiful restaurant, and the service followed in good style. The bartenders were friendly and experienced, if a bit talkative, and our drinks were excellent. We were seated in reasonable time, and were immediately welcomed by our server. The food was fabulous, and though the portions were smaller than the fatter Knoxvillians have come to expect, they were appropriately sized and beautifully arranged. Taste? Fabuluos. The atmosphere and class of Bravo make this a great romantic destination, but not so much that families or groups of friends would feel out of place. Plan to spend a little more than usual, but plan to leave smiling.
