Tips for Lox Salon

Had an appointment for 4 pm and was
sitting there till 4.45pm. When I asked the lady at the reception about the delay, she just shrugged and gave me a "Don't waste my time" look and told me that stuff happens and if I wanted to reschedule it was fine with her. She did not even have the courtesy to come and let me know that it was going to take a while. Finally, Brynn (hair stylist and owner of Lox) was free to cut my hair. When I told her about what happened, she wasn't too fussed either and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. This is after an hour of waiting!
I had specifically cleared my evening for the hair cut so I went ahead with it. Brynn took less than 25 minutes for the entire wash and cut; a process she normally takes atleast 45 minutes.
I have been cutting my hair here since more than a year and its been changing eventually and commercializing. Brynn does not care any more, which is sad; as she will end up losing her regulars. Miss the old charm thats been lost.

The best. The staff is great - friendly, funny, pretty, and talented. I have been going there ever since I heard about it from my sister, and won't go anywhere else. Both my sisters go there, and even my mom sometimes. They do great color and unique styles. My hair always looks amazing. I recommend Brynn or Alyse - they rock!

caution caution beware. i have a haircut which must grow out before it can be fixed. breakage all over from color which after they bleached my hair which i did not want . i was looking for 3 tones of brown. they kept trying to fix it but was not successful, at this point i was crying!!!!!! and to top it off they charged me anyway for there screw up. i do not plan on ever going back. like i said beware!!!!!
