The best salon in Knoxville! My son and
I both love going to to Salon Biyoshi. From the front desk, to every stylist to any manager- there is no place in Knoxville that can compare to the personal touch, professional training and exceptional hair services and products they provide here. We have been regular clients for several years and I know we will get the same superb service no matter which stylist I have that day. I am a last minute person in making my appointment, and have had at least 10 different stylists and it doesn't matter who I get, it's always outstanding due to the high standards and training everyone has at this salon. I have recommended Salon Biyoshi to many friends through the years that have all had the same experience as I have had. Everyone has a genuine personal touch, they remember you when you come back and greet you by name! And they send personal thank yous as well which sets them apart in today's digital electronic text world.
I cannot say enough for how much I enjoy every experience at Salon Biyoshi- it's a pure treat to myself to go every time. I always have to get a handful of business cards as well, because I get so many comments on my hair- I need to be ready to hand them out for the referrals.
Thank you all..
I love going to Salon Biyoshi. I always leave with a smile, wonderful hair and lots of laughs. They always meet you at the door with a smile and 1st off ,what can we offer you to drink. I have gone to Jenine from the day they opened. I also see Donna. My family memebers see Chelsea,Lauren,Donna and Jenine.
Small story. 2 years ago my son's got married. The Salon opened 2 hours early .They did all the bridesmaids,Mothers and out of town Aunts. They made sure we had everything we needed, from coffee, tea and morning treats. It really can't get better then that for a wild day.
Special story. I have a close friend who also goes to the Salon. She had to have a medical treatment. in which they got glue all in her hair. Brandon worked 3 hours getting it out . After getting it out ,he smiled ,told her go home ,rest and see you for your next appt. Everyone is very caring in this Salon. With that said I hope you give them a call.
CHEERS. Where everybody knows your nameI I love going to Salon Biyoshi. It's like going to a trusted friends house. You are greeted at the door, by your name and a smile. I have short straight, heavy, colored hair that grows like a bad weed. But I always come out with a cut and color that I love. I am always asked what I want and always called and asked if I am happy after the service. I also get my nails done regularly. Shelac is the best. Your nails will stay pretty for 2 wks! Give them a try, you'll be happy you did.
JUST DONT. These people do not want repeat business. They just want your money and you out the door. That is unless they can lure you back in with the promise of free fixing their mistakes, then psyche, they dont remember saying free and you are charged huge amount for yet another botched job. I feel really dumb for giving them my money TWICE. OMG and the manager was a huge biotch. She wouldn't let me explain the situation without interrupting. She twisted my words and was very confrontational. I did not get any where near what I asked for in hair color or cut. I was promised a do over of color and foils because they had totally missed the ENTIRE BACK of my head which is what i mainly wanted done because i dont do it and cant reach it. I was asked to wait 3 weeks because i had done a tiny portion of color around my part in the FRONT, then was charged because i waited too long. HELLO u told me to WAIT. The low lights were way too orange and not much difference in color even though contrast was discussed and agreed upon several times. I could have done this myself for $12 not $110 (twice) and what was the point of the foils when it is all the same color now. Also over highlights the roots were given lift, I was later chastised for asking for this, hello I am not the hair dresser, you went to school for this. I dont care what i asked for, which actually I did not ask, I was told i needed this and I even questioned why. Very unprofessional and you will get the OPPOSITE of what u want. Just dont. Trust me.
If you want orange or grey hair.. Their "color expert" put ash on my bleached hair, a hair color no-no. ( I did not realize, but should have been suspicious when he called me cool when I'm clearly a warm.) My hair turned gray. Thank God for color oops. Removed all the grey, and orange from a previous attempt they made on my hair. Now it is a color I can live with, no grey, no orange. I'm back to coloring my own hair. They cannot do it any better than you can do yourself. Don't let them tell you any different. And you know your hair, so can probably do a better job. (and I lift my hair like 3 to 4 levels! using loreal dream blonde!)
