PHENOMENAL HAIR SALON. Wow! The Chop Shop is a salon that is so welcoming to the eye. The creativity of the owner Cindylou Douglas is phenomenal. You find yourself wandering around not wanting to miss one inch of the design/art/plus honor to the owner's love of music, I could go on and on. Holly Marie has been doing my hair for some time and she always knows just what to do in the way of color/cut/style, basically my hair can't live without her magic touch. I was delighted when Holly joined Cindylou as Holly considers her such a wonderful and dear friend and fantastic hair stylist and in viewing her cuts/color/styles this is so true! Can't wait for my next appointment!!! LOVE THIS SALON!!

Love the Chop Shop!. This place is the best salon in Knoxville. Holly Marie listened to me and delivered what I considered some life changing hair. This place is unique, has great art and great music. LOL....The best part is the guitars on stage!! Check it out at least once to enjoy the experience. Cindylou has out done her self with this place.
