Complaint.
As a professional courtesy to select fellow business owners, I called to speak with Will Begg, and a woman rudely told me that he was not there, and that he doesn't receive or get messages. Despite the hostility, I asked to speak with the biz owner. She said that she is the biz owner. I started to relay the important information to her, but she got abusive and hung up on me. If this is what she considers professional behaviour, then she is sadly mistaken, which hopefully will become evident when her customers dwindle and disappear. It is unfortunate that she would choose to forsake any or all opportunities that could help her and her biz. Truly sad.
