We were visiting daughter in the Knoxville area. We live in OH found beautiful living room set for a less then our stores. Rented a u-haul and brought back to OH. When we got back to set up furniture a leg was missing from the couch. I called and two days later the leg was at my door via ups.

Very pleasant. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. When one of the parts to the dining set I purchased was damaged, they swapped it out for me the same day, no problem.
