Sherry was very professional and everything was practically conducted over the phone. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the bed in person vs. from the picture, however, but am pleased overall.

My overall shopping experience and my salesperson were very good. I bought two sofas that the salesperson recommended. The delivery team came early and they were very helpful and friendly. I will go back to purchase more from Ashley Furniture HomeStore and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I wish to comment on a purchase I made at the Ashley Store in Sahuarita. I purchased a dining room set from John Wilkinson as a gift for my wife. He did everything well. He said that I would receive a call to set up the delivery time. I got that call and was able to be here when the truck was due to arrive. On Monday afternoon, Ashley's truck pulled up as planned. At this point, I want you and their management team to recognize and thank the delivery team of Cliff and Frank for an excellent job. They unloaded the furniture, set it up and left almost in no time at all. They exemplify the quality of customer contact that Ashley's expects. So, again, please be sure that Cliff and Frank are thanked for both me and you.
