I wish to comment on a purchase I made at the Ashley Store in Sahuarita. I purchased a dining room set from John Wilkinson as a gift for my wife. He did everything well. He said that I would receive a call to set up the delivery time. I got that call and was able to be here when the truck was due to arrive. On Monday afternoon, Ashley's truck pulled up as planned. At this point, I want you and their management team to recognize and thank the delivery team of Cliff and Frank for an excellent job. They unloaded the furniture, set it up and left almost in no time at all. They exemplify the quality of customer contact that Ashley's expects. So, again, please be sure that Cliff and Frank are thanked for both me and you.

We had a great experience working with Dwight Steinhaus. He is exceptionally knowledgable and was very helpful (and patient!) during the entire process. I have recommended him to all our friends who are in the market. We'll definetly be back to Ashley!

I paid for my furniture on 01/13/2012 as of 01/30/2012, I still don't have my furniture. Well if you like the run-a round around go ahead and buy from them and you will be sitting on the floor just like me and other poor fools that bought furniture from these scammers. You will hear that it was in the warehouse but it was torn, then you will hear that they over sold and sold all they had from the last truckload and what was in the warehouse. Now we are up to the next truckload which left the plant where the funriture is made 01/27/12 from MS, so lord knows how long it will take to get to Knoxville, TN and how long it will set in their parking lot waiting to be unloaded and then be reloaded and then make it my house. So if I was you I would go somewhere else and buy furniture.
Look at the BBB at all 11 complaints plus read all the rest of the other unhappy customers below, I wished I had......

Terrific experience. My overall shopping experience with the Ashley Furniture HomeStore was terrific. Had some issues but the store took care of it right away and re-delivered my chairs the same day. The set up and delivery of my order was also terrific. Ashley Furniture HomeStore went above and beyond, they really have excellent customer service.
