Nice job, MetLife! These guys are GOOD!. After years and years with a previous insurance company, I decided to look into other options. Boy, I am glad I did! I was totally comfortable with MetLife as a company, as they have been around longer than most. The policy I purchased includes so many things I did not have before. My agent, Garrett Hill, was very knowledgeable and impressively intuitive. I was just beginning to think all insurance was handled from call centers, too! Anyway, Garrett still continues the outstanding service 1 year later (had to make sure he didn’t disappear after I bought my policy). A month or so ago, Garrett introduced me to his partner Jay Brock. Jay rolled over my retirement account into a much better option that will guarantee I won’t be broke at retirement! Not bad! My overall experience has been a pleasant surprise to the ever so generic world of insurance and 1-800 numbers. Nice job, guys!…
