good and bad... yes there have been times that i wish my car was pd. but i also know if it wasnt for autocredit i would be on my feet instead of in my seat...so lets not pretend u had good credit or you would have gotten credit thru someone else..i had to postpone my payments twice the first time was only a week and they were understanding the second was for 2 weeks and the guy was a little worried but also understanding..(a lil bit)

but in the end my payments have always been ontime and i will have good credit...if u dont like them then walk cause that is your option!!!!!!! if u hav credit or i our case just never had any credit!

Customer Service. I will have my car paid off in August 2010 and that day cannot come soon enough. The customer service I have encountered with this company I appaling. They are rude and condescending. They get attitude with you just because they can. It almost seems like some sort of office contest to see which one of them can be the rudest. If you're reading this thinking about going through them to pay for a vehicle. DON'T DO IT!!! Its not worth the stress and harassing phone calls, claiming they hadn't receive a payment when they really have. Also, their interest rates are outrageous...around 25%...even with a fairly high credit score. They say the interest won't be that high, but somehow they sneak it in.

Friendly people!. Me and my husband had a few problems with the tracking thing they put in and they would send some one out right away! And we were late on a few payments and they were very nice to me and my husband! I am now even friends with one of the Managers! :)

We had no problems. My husband and I went through this company. We had our car note with them for 2 and 1/2 yrs. We never once had a problem with them. Very friendly, and anytime we had an issue making our payment they were always helpful as long as you called them before the due date. I never had an issue with a representative being rude or demeaning towards us.

Customer Service at Auto Credit. I've been a customer w/ Auto Credit for almost 3 years and my car is about to be paid off next month and that day will be the happiest day of my life! I will never, ever, ever get another car loan from this company. The people they have working for them have to be required to be an a$$ h@l3 in order to get hired in that position b/c they are all like that (for the most part) even when we had one here in my city they were like that. This company has no respect for human beings as a person; they treat you like you're beneath them and are always getting smart, making threats or something to that affect. All i can say is July come on b/c once I get my title and turn my back, I will never get another loan from them... for ANYTHING... I'd much rather go to a little rinky-dink car lot before I get anything else from them. So please beware people, these people just may not be worth your time.

Harassment. I just got a call from someone trying to find an individual with my last name. When I told the woman I'd never heard of that individual, I got a sarcastic remark in return. And as it would seem, this individual is going down a phone list calling all people with my last name looking for the woman I'd never heard of. Unprofessional to say the very least.

The customer service at Auto Credit of Knoxville is ridiculous!. Yes they give out loans to people with low credit ratings, but they treat you like a piece of junk thereafter. On the day a payment is due, they will call harrassing you and if you do not answer the phone, they procceed by calling every number on your reference list. Their calculations are not always on point, and they are nasty when you bring it to their attention. I will not recommend their services at all.

Depends on who is having a bad day. I have been dealt with this company for about 9 months now. I have been late before but always called them to let them know ahead of time. Depending on who I talk to they are nice..But I have gotten a few call me the day I was due at 8am in the morning and be so rude that I refused to talk to them until they put someone else on the phone. I guess when someone there is having a bad day they forget that we are the reason they get paid in the first place. As soon as this loan is paid I will never use this finance company again!

Wanderful People and Company. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very curtious people. I have had nothing but wanderful experiances while wqorking with this company. They have been more than willing to work with me when I have had to be late, lioke when I was in the hospital they gave me an exta week to make up my payment with absolutely no problems at all. I would love to use this company in the future if I ever needed to again.
