Worst florist in Maryville. I would never do business with this florist. I ordered 7 dozen roses 2 months before my daughters wedding and was requested to contact the florist again the Monday before the wedding to ensure the flowers would be available. I was guaranteed the flowers would be ready for pick up Saturday morning of the wedding by 9:00. I was there at 9:30 and was informed the flowers would be arriving around noon. I could not wait until noon, the wedding was at 3:00 and was a 45 minute drive, plus everyone was at the church waiting for me to arrive with all the decorations and flowers. I had to go to Wal-mart and purchase flowers for my daughters wedding which was at 3:00 and a 45 minute drive from the florist. Donna refused to give me a refund. She breached the contract and would not return my deposit.
