Lovely place to stay.
Highland Manor is an absolutely lovely place to stay! The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful. They are positive and eager to answer any questions about where to go and what to do in the area-Gatlinburg/PigeonForge/CadesCove ...
The rooms are very clean (I was told that the owner is meticulous about that-and I believe it!)

Great place to stay!. We stayed at the Highland Manor Inn in July 2011. The staff was extremely courteous and extremely helpful with our past scheduling conflicts. Inn was easy to find. Check in simple. Beautiful view from the property. Room was nice apportioned, clean, well stocked with the supplies we needed. Loved the min fridge and balcony, looking out to the Smokies. The property was very quiet and the perfect "home base" for us to use as we explored the "peaceful side of the mountains." We will definitely stay again! Thanks so much, Highland Manor Inn!!!
