In Short – Booths equipped with tabletop fondue pots are clustered together inside the intimate dining room. Start with a cheese fondue, including an assortment of breads, veggies and fruits for dipping. Entrees include lobster, center-cut filet, fish, chicken and vegetarian selections served with a variety of dipping sauces. For dessert, try the flaming turtle, a mix of chocolate and caramel flambéed tableside, served with nut-covered marshmallows, fresh fruit, pound cake, brownies and cheesecake.

The Melting Pot is the nicest restaurant I know of in Knoxville. It's a unique experience and lots of fun. The food and service are great.

This is one of the best places to eat. I have been many times. Its great no matter the reason for going. I have been on dates, birthdays and Girls Night Out. Great for any reason. Staff has always been friendly and wonderful, whether new to the experience or been there many times.
