Con Artists. Renters beware!!! They keep part of your deposit automatically...read your lease carefully before you sign it. Then they drum up fake charges to take the rest. "the walk thru" I was told everything looked great and then 2 months later I am told I didnt get all of my deposit because the room needed painted. The kicker- he accused me of shutting the door to hide the stickers on the wall in my daughters room. I guess I had to lead him by the hand to walk everywhere! They accuse you of hiding the damage to try to justify the theft. Please rent from this company with caution. Terrible!! When I told him I was going to add to their bad reviews on the web he was like SO WHAT! Wow...great company!…

Great House. I have lived in many apartment complexes in Knoxville. Cardinal blows them all away! They rent houses in West Knoxville that are better than an apartment and at a better price. I saw some people say that they had an issue with maintenance. I had a great experience. The maintenance guy was very nice and took care of it right away. That is saying alot due to the fact that I caused the problem in the first place. I would recommend Cardinal to anyone!…

Great House, Pet friendly. This company seems to specialize in renting houses instead of apartments and its been great for us. We had issues with our last two apartments because of our dog, but now we rent a home which is very nice and we don't have neighbors complaining because we do not share a wall with anyone else.…
