Westwood Apartments

great apartment. I have lived there for three years and have no issues. the maintenance does their jobs. my neighbors are nice. the apartment is nice and clean outside. I really think as long as you pay your rent and be a good tenant you would have the issues some people might have.…

Unhappy resident. We moved to Westwood at the end of 2006. The same staff was in the office for the first couple of years, and we always recognized the blonde gal who would work so hard every morning walking around the property, picking up trash and cleaning up every bit of waste and we would always see the maintenance crew driving around, in and out of apartments, working til late in the evening. The office staff was friendly and helpful.

Since then, we have to pay for water, rumor has it rent will go up, and don't ever recognize office staff, and we don't see the workers even set one foot off of the little golf cart they drive around the place. They pick up trash with a long stick from the cart! Come on!

One evening we had WATER flowing through our bathroom ceiling and called the emergency number. We caught the water in a trash can. It finally stopped. We NEVER heard back from the office! I even called back and they still never came to check on us.

Now the air conditioning is broken, we call and tell them, and never hear from them. Not even a call to tell us when to expect them to come by. When I call back to ask what's going on, the phone is handed over to the maintenance man who was, to say the least, far from friendly.

It's going downhill fast. We are not happy with the changes and want our old Westwood back!…
