Tips for Great American Steak & Buffet

above average for a buffet. they are one of the only buffets in town that have decent food with a good selection, and CLEAN facilities, so it was really packed. That's not the places fault, but being under staffed is. Our sever seemed to have 9 tables to take care of and she was kinda old, so she wasn't the fastest horse on the track. our drinks were down to ice alot, and our plates piled up often. If they hire some more servers, it would get a 9 to a 10. Great fried chicken and peach cobbler. :)
