I worked with Greg Benson the internet manager and Christy his assistant and felt the process was very smooth I had several questions that needed to be answered, I was given the Carfax and a video was emailed to me. I also was able to put in a credit application on line and got pre-approved with my credit union!!

my wife called the dealership trying to find me a 2012 ford king ranch pickup.

She was sent over to Josh Hamilton who told her we didn't have the exact truck on the lot but would find me one. five min later he called back and said he had found one just like i had requested and got me a price over the phone that we agreed upon. Josh drove and went to get this car just for me which i thought was awesome because i had the truck and drove it home the same night. the best part was the dealership that he got it from was just around the corner from my house and i had called and asked about trucks with that dealer and they never called me back. i had to drive 2hrs to get to josh but i would drive as far as i needed to as long as he was selling me a car highly recommend josh. lance i just wanna thank you for have such a great salesman. we will be back when you get the 2013 fusions in to see josh. thanks again

I wanted to take a quick minute to comment on the experience i had about 1 month ago with Lcf and (( 1 )) person for sure and that person being my salesman . He knew alot about the truck that i bought from him and i am a business owner in MI and my wife and i drove over 13 hours to buy a truck from Lcf without ever seeing the truck in person i found it on ebay and that is when i decided to call your store and talk with the most upfront salesperson that i have ever talked with in my life and for what its worth i buy normally 2-3 vehicles a year for personal use and i will say that COLE FISHER knows his stuff when it comes down to dealing with the Ford lineup i bought a customized ford f350 black ops edition from him & traded in my 2011 dodge diesel i will say that i love the ford alot better then the dodge i traded and want you all to know that cole did a wonderful job during the entire process and has called on me a few times to make sure i was enjoying my new truck that in itself means alot to me sale is final and he is still checking in on me !!!!

A big thanks to lance cunningham ford & Cole i will be back in the future to do more business with you so dont go anywhere !!!!!
