Love it. In fact hubby is on his way home with Pizza Palace food tonight. I am having the steak sandwich. That is a good sandwich along with onion rings instead of fries. As for the guy that is gonna order large orders and not pick them up that is so childish.

Act like an adult and take cash with you next time you go or else dont go they wont miss your business...

Can't wait to visit again. We went to Knoxville and I couldn't wait to try this place since I try to go to the places Guy on Triple D goes to. I'm from the Chicago area and we know pizza. I have to say the pizza was really good (not the best I've ever had) but I really liked it. The best thing I ate there was their Greek salad. I am Greek so I have definitely had my share of Greek salads and this is, by far, the best one I have ever had. We are going back to Knoxville next week and my mouth is watering just thinking about eating it. If you have little kids there is a kid's museum a few minutes from there and a picnic area, which is where we ate before going there. Someone suggested the onion rings, but I didn't care for beer battered anything so I didn't love those. The place looks run-down but the food is really good. The menu is large so I am going to try something else this time in addition to the salad.

avoid--sucks. new to knoxville--told by some to try it others said not--told to try Louis's because of the close proximity--North Hills--went to Pizza Palace--ordered--no cars--little bussiness--very poor section of town--never told cash only when I ordered--slow service--would not take debit or credit card--checked Louis's -takes cards--will try there--but not before going to Pizza "Palace" and ordering large ,large takeout several times (I'm from New york) might call one in right now

Don't let the looks food you. This is an old Knoxville favorite. They serve more than pizza and it's all delicious. It's a great place to go with kids or on a unique date (you eat in your car). Even if it's a bit of a drive to get to the Pizza Palace, give it a try. The pizza alone is worth it.

Ridiculously good!. This place may not look like much, but it is great. Despite the name, they serve a lot more than pizza. They make great salads, sandwiches, and entrees, and the onion rings are the best I have ever had. My family loves the pizza and just about every employee we have met has been wonderful. The Pizza Palace has been around for a long time and I suspect it will be around for decades to come. Try it out - you'll be hooked.
