Poor Customer Service.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a restaurant/delivery service came from House of Dragon. I cannot speak for the food because I never got my food. I had placed a delivery order through their number listed & was told would take 45 mins. The next day, after no food or return call, I called the same number & was told by a woman that they closed early & my order was cancelled. The owner, Thomas, then got on the phone & told me they never received my order. He started off the conversation by telling me I was wrong & basically lying to him. He refused to listen to me explain that I had a phone record proving that the order was made to the same phone # I had called him on. I'm amazed that this place is still in business if other people have experienced this lack of customer service or care from the owner.
Not worth it..
The food is ok...but the people are incredibly rude.
If you go in to the restaurant they act as if you are a nuisance.
If you call for a delivery you must live with in 1 mile of the university. I called for a delivery and I live 2.2 miles away from the restaurant, I placed my order then 25 to 30 minutes later they called me back and said I was to far and it was not worth it to drive out to my apartment so they called to cancel my order...again it was 2.2 miles away and 30 minutes later. The man that called me back is the manager and he was incredibly rude when he called me.
