cheap burger day. go only on cheap burger day (all day wed, all day sat, and sun after 4). the food comes pretty quickly, but other than that, the servers are mediocre, at best.

most of the other stuff on the menu is overpriced.

Less fried apps please!. The upstairs is basically bar food/atmopshere, especially having added TV's ouside of the lounge area. The downstairs is more formal, and is definitely a "carnivors delight." It would be nice to see some other items on the appetizer list other than fried food and nachos...for example: calamari, brushetta, or brie. Fried chicken fingers, fried cheese sticks, fried califlower and fried mushrooms, oy, there goes my blood pressure! Still, compared to other restaurants in Knoxville, this IS upscale dining (downstairs at least).

Great Food. The Prime Rib is great. Be sure to eat down stairs. Has a good selection of wine.
