Gross. Worst sandwich I've ever put in my mouth. The bottom slice of bread was completely wet & soggy. Soaked through the paper & onto the plastic basket. Also, the fries are frozen. I knew people in Knoxville had lower dining standards than neighboring large cities, but this is ridiculous.

Never go here unless you want to be WAY overcharged!. Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE place.. The food is ok, but they ALWAYS over charge- especially on late nights. My total was $8 and when I got home and looked at my account online, they had charged me $23!!!!!! When I took back my receipt and tried to get just what I was overcharged back, they would not let me. To me it's not worth it, but they need to be careful because when they mess with the wrong person, they are going to be facing alot more than their business will be able to handle. I will NEVER go here again, and I will NEVER let anyone I know go there!

Great Eats. Food is great. Great place to go after being at the bars all night on the "Strip".
