SIMIPLY AMAZING BAR!!!.
This Bar has fantastic food and at an even better price! Great location, fun times by all. A good safe place to party. Love the music, dancing and love, love the bartenders! They make some of the best drinks I've had any where in Knoxville. Your going to love it also! Cheers!!!!!! ;-)
"midwestrain" below me." I think mean't to say "sissy?" LOL. He/She is sooooooooooo, eeeeeeeeeeeew, with that mask on. I think maybe midwestrain should change his/her name to "Wasteland." Sorry just a thought. LOL. I am really glad I won't be running into him/her at Sassy's. ;-)

What a terrible joke. sassys ann's web site stated that they open at 9:30 and had open mic night for bands on weds. We get there on time, and the door when i checked it was locked...no big deal...running a few minutes behind i guess. so this unkempt older man unlocks the door and we go in. We ask him about live music and he tells us they haven't had anything live there in over a year, but at 10 or so upstairs a man would be spinning vinyl records on request. and we could wait downstairs at the bar if we wanted. So cool. we go sit at the bar. there is a tv playing mythbusters, and no one else around. so we began waiting. the unkempt man at the door goes about puttering around the place without so much as offering us a drink or anything. and we wait patiently. about 10 15 mins later , the degenerate vinyl spinner comes downstairs and says it is going to be thirty mins before i start, so you might as well leave. what kind of balonga is that, ( i would use stronger terms but i am policing myself) sassy anns was a joke. and a very very bad one at that had absolutely no concern for their customers, they couldn't even manage a pinch of manners. so sassy anns get a big who farted in here from me. So who is being Sassy now, i am and with good reason.

Sassy Ann's rocks. Sassy Ann's isn't too far from downtown. It is worth the short trip down Broadway to this blues, jam club. A cozy, warm atmosphere brings in romantic couples, college students, and anyone who needs a beer. It is the best place to see live music in Knoxville.
