Terrible experiences! Beware of this salon! READ to hear why you should go somewhere else.. Here's the real deal: Don't ever go to this salon if you want to color your hair! They were unprofessional, incompetent, and left me with an ugly head of hair twice.

I had two terrible experiences, one after another.

The first time, I went in to get my roots touched up and highlights. When I left, it honestly looked like I hadn't done anything to it all. Roots still present, hair still brassy. I asked about it, and they girl said "it will all blend when it dries." I left with a wet head only to discover that it never blended. It looked the same as when I came in! Since I had paid $60ish dollars (including tip), I wanted it redone. BTW- an instructor never checked the student's work.

Second bad experience: I called and requested that it be redone. I had a lengthy discussion with one of the instructors about what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted platinum blond. I clearly said "no." We finally agreed on "a little lighter than my natural dark blond as a base color and some lighter blond highlights." Four hours later, I end up with bleach blond hair that was more or less all one big monotone white mess with yellow roots. It was like they heard what I said and did what they wanted to regardless of my wishes. I was devastated since I have an important job interview in a few days.

I would color over it, except my hair is so damaged from the bleach (which they never told me they were using), that I was advised by the stylist to wait "at least a month" to apply new color. When I came in, my hair was soft and supple. Now it feels like straw. I explicitly told the salon that I was not happy, that the color was nothing like we agreed on, I had already spent $60, and I was going to have to redo it.

And here is the kicker: I had to pay yet again for the second mess they did!

I hope you don't have to learn the hard way. Go somewhere else.
