Best Shop in Knoxville. I have been using RT Clapp in Knoxville for year's they have alway's been courteous and honest. I have experienced nothing more than great quality from them. I know that when I take my vehicle to them they will take care of the problem and fix it with accuracy.

They also make recommendation's for the vehicle's maintenance but there is no "pressure" selling. If it is something that is unsafe for you they will inform you of that, and will not fix it until YOU have approved the repair. The customer is important to them.

Expensive but they'll get it right. They are attentive and nice but it seems like they cater to people who know nothing about cars. They tried to charge me $35 to diagnose a problem that I could point to with my hand in order to, "make sure they get everything". If you have the money and know nothing about cars, this place is good. If you know the exact problem (e.g., know cars), I would recommend another place.
