Amazing beautiful dress! Wonderful customer service!.
Bought my dress 2 years ago. Got it hemed, bussled, taken in, steamed, and a new zipper added for 250.00.to me it was 100% worth it! Everyone was so nice and treated me like a queen! I would highly recommend getting a wedding dress from davids bridal. The alterations were a bit high in price but for the dress and store policies it was WELL WORTH it. Its always worth spending that extra alteration expense for a wedding dress.

Horrible customer service.
Unsatisfactory is not the term for the rating that they deserve. Ranging from the management to the disrespectful representatives at the corporate office. This company misrepresents their policies and does not follow through with giving anything close to good customer service. This is the second time I have had a major issue with this company and would not recommend to any bride or wedding party member to do business with them. I have never written a review for customer service before but feel that this is necessary for people to know.

Wedding dress hunting ground for real-world brides on a budget. Princesses need not apply..
In Short
A chic, sleek boutique, it's not. But those willing to look carefully will likely find a big-time bargain. The staff is helpful and knows the merchandise but doesn't provide extensive one-on-one attention or advice. Stores (particularly on weekends) can be swamped with brides-to-be. David's specializes in beaded satin A-lines and simple lace sheaths that just hit the $500 mark. Most labels are tasteful but of medium-quality: Gloria Vanderbilt, Lady Eleanor, Oleg Cassini and the likes.
