Disappointed. I tried to refund a cap my husband bought. When I went into the store, the first person at the counter looked at me then ignored me. After I waited about 3 minutes, second person showed up. He said the will ask the manager if I can refund the cap because they company policy does not allow refund on cap. I waited another 5 minutes he still had not came back a third person showed up the counter. I told him I want to refund the cap. He asked me for the receipt and getting ready to do the refund. Then, suddenly the second person show up stated the manager did not allow the refund while the third person ready to do the refund.
I would have not so upset if I did not find out I actually can refund the cap, but simply discriminated by the second person.
