Shopping >Dancer's Shoppe
Poor customer service, snooty staff. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!? Today was my first time shopping at this store and will be my last. Before you even get in the store there is a sign posted that says they charge $20 to try on shoes (pretty much b/c they don't want to help you and you decide to buy some where else). We were shopping for shoes and one of the sales staff seemed to be annoyed b/c I was reluctant to have my child even sit in the chairs before I got to take a look at the shoes. (if you sit in the chair it's probably considered a shoe fitting which would incur the $20 charge) There are signs all over the store that come off a bit abrasive. I have already told 3 other mom's about my experience and plan to tell more. They act as if they are the only place in town to shop for dance wear, there are at least 3 other stores and I am not above shopping online.
