Cult classic. Like the movies that sneak past the critics and develop an insanely loyal cult following, Time-Out Deli / Ali Baba is host to just such a loyal following every day. Smiling, friendly, but no-nonsense Middle Eastern service awaits the newcomer and the old friend alike. You'll learn how to pronounce "gyro" and and you might name your next dog "sherma." Your fingers will be sticky from unwrapping a piece of baclava. You'll leave wanting a breath mint. And you'll be back. It's a cult, I tell you, and we love our membership.

Best falafel in Knoxville!. Excellent food and great service. Always count on being greeted by a smile and a a friendly face when ordering from this Middle Eastern deli. The prices are friendly also. The baba ganoush and hummus is excellent as well. You will find a great deal of vegetarian choices as well as meat based dishes. I have nothing negative to say about this deli.
