Next To New is fabulous! I absolutely love this store! I have found so many expensive, designer items for dirt cheap! The store is always so clean and classy looking. The staff is always so helpful for whatever I am looking for. When I started shopping at Next To New it was almost a hit-n-miss type store but now that the store has a new owner it's like night and day!! The store has so many new features and I wouldn't shop anywhere else! All the money I make on my unwanted items I consign at this store I usually turn around and spend it on all the new items they have to offer!! I would definitely recommend this store to every woman out there who wants to dress to impress without breaking the bank! Next To New is the only place I shop!

The shop is warm and inviting with so many great things, a friendly staff and a great place to consign your better handbags,shoes and clothing. Definitely recommend!

The biggest scam ever!. I gave them 7 nice expensive items for consignment. In 2 months, they paid me $6.50 for one item and gave me one item back. They said the rest of them were stolen by the customers... What a ripoff... The owner is avoidant and unhelpful. And I know why: she runs a scam not a business.

They have an awesome sale room. They always have great clothes that haven't sold marked down to $3 and $5 in the sale room! I really insist that everybody checks it out! Even if you don't find anything in the sale room, the whole place is filled with great deals.

Loyal Customer. I have been a customer at this store for about 15 years. I was concerned about the change in ownership a few years back, but it's actually been great! I really love the way the store looks....it even smells good! I really like that they take/sell more of a variety than the previous owners. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite stores in town and I will continue to shop there. I recommend it for anyone who loves great deals.

Designer clothes on the cheap. I am a UT student, so I'm on a budget. I LOVE this place. I just bought a BRAND NEW pair of 7 For All Mankind jeans (with the tag still on!) for like $75! Do you know how expensive those jeans are?! I get all of my fave designer clothes here for crazy cheap.

The best deals in town.. I have never had anything but a good experience at this store. They have fantastic clothes, and great prices. Everyone that works there has always been very sweet to me. Most importantly, I get the best deals in there, especially in the sale room. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and they loved it!

Consignors. The owner is extremely rude and unfriendly. I once called @ 5pm to get an update on my merchandise... She ANSWERED and told me to call back the next day because the "technically closed at 5pm". She always sounds annoyed and rushed, and was not very helpful in addressing any questions or concerns I shared. For consignors- I would reccommend Craigslist before this store.

Under New Ownership. This store is very nice, they carry quality Designer clothing, in season, Have a fantastic jewelry selection, and handbags are really great.
