Best pawnshop in Knoxville. I am a long time customer with Charlies, pawned with them hundreds of times through the years and never had any problems. Through my experiences I have figured out they give the most money and really seem to care about the customer. I fully recommend them to anyone needing a loan or just looking for a great deal.

Charlies Super Pawn Sucks. I pawned a brand new motorcycle backpack & upon getting it out of pawn I noticed it had been damaged while in their possession. I informed the counter person of the damage & he said he did not know anything about it that he would get the manager James. The manager came over & I told him that the backpack had been scrathced up while it was pawned there. He just looked at me with a blank stare & said 'sir I can not say if it was or if it was not'. And just stared at me. I said that it had no scratches on it when I brought here, you guy's had to do it. Again James said 'sir I can not say if it was or if it was not' & that's all he would say. I then told him I would never do business with them again and he said okay. If you need to pawn anything & want to get back out in the same condition you took it in as, don't go to Charlies Super Pawn!

Nice Friendly Folks to do Business with... I was impressed with the quality merchandice they had to offer. Neat, clean and well displayed. Very courteous and friendly staff. They are willing to offer a honest and fair price for your items and have decent prices on the items the have for sale. I will definately check them out anytime I am In the area and would highly recommend that you do the same..... Think I'll Go Back Tomorrow!!!
