a favorite place when you want to treat yourself. I looked up P.Paraphernalia to find their new location and got this site. We've been customers for 30 years. They have the very best in stationery. Very best. In fact, the only place in Knoxville where you can always find the best of the best. I'm one of the last few people on earth that still write letters (with a real pen, arm and hand attached!!) This is one of my most favorite places to go. When they don't have what I'm looking for, even if it's a stationery I bought years ago, they will look for it. This is one of the only places where I don't feel guilty when I splurge.

Beware. I took three sets of baby outfits here to get them monogrammed, and out of the three, they only did two correctly. They kept lying saying they hadn't had a chance to get to them yet, when it turned out that the machine had eaten one of the gowns and they were attempting to replace it. They then messed it up a second time by using the wrong color thread. When they tried to fix it a THIRD time, they bought the wrong size. Now my twins have matching outfits in different sizes. On another set, they capitalized the boy's name and did the girl's name in all lowercase...another non-matching set. They have done nothing but offer excuses and tell us why it's not their fault. Terrible!!!!!

Great selection, the best in personal service. Shopping here is always a pleasure. While you can count on finding the cards, stationary and gifts you have gone in for, there are always new treasures to tempt & delight.
