Leased Property not Ready for Occupation

We leased a property from Wallace & Wallace which was to be ready to move into on 7/1. We are moving from another city and had rented a truck and hired a moving crew from a local company. The property was still occupied when we arrived. W&W promised to have the home cleaned and inspected and ready to move in. The home had hidden water damage from a plumbing leak that had to be repaired and we were not able to move in at all. W&W refused to have a mold inspection. We had already had the utilities and cable changed over to our name, had to pay extra rent on the truck and pay the moving crew for 3 hours of time. We are out $$$ and all W&W will pay is deposit and 1st month rent. Anyone know a good lawyer in K'ville? I agree with previous review JUST DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!
