I am not from Knoxville and in my efforts to find a quality nail salon I found Debra's. I first drove by and stopped in and liked what I saw and made an appointment. I was not disappointed at all. They called the day before to confirm and on the day of appointment Debra (owner) was on time - on a busy Saturday at that! The next time I am in Knoxville I will definitely return for a manicure and pedicure. Oh, don't forget to take with you Debra's homemade scrub - it is great!

Don't go anywhere else!!!!!!. I have been going to Debra's for a veeerrryyy long time! Debra and her staff are wonderful and friendly. I am there every two weeks whether I need it or not! This salon wil make sure some way some how even in the busiest of times htat you ar etaken care of even if it means staying past closing time to get you taken care of! I can not tell you how important and special it makes you feel that they will go to any lengths to take care of you! I encourage anyone that wants t feel like they are the only client in the building when they want to be pampered to go to this salon!!!!!!

Excellent Nail Salon. I have been a customer at Debra's Nails Desire for almost 9 years and have always received excellent service. Debra and her staff are courteous, fun, and accommodating. They use quality products and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this business. Also, if you feel that something is not right, Debra wants to know about it. Very professional and high integrity!

High Quality, NO MMA. I recently relocated here from Michigan and was impressed with the service. I had contacted another salon within 2 miles of Debra's and asked if they used MMA (which is illegal in Tennessee and can be nail damaging and cancer producing). Surprisingly, the other salon admitted to using MMA. Debra's does NOT use MMA and they did a very high quality job. I will return to Debra's and would highly recommend them.

Not impressed. I was not impressed. My nail polish is bubbly. Nails aren't fully painted. I don't consider myself picky, but I AM NOT IMPRESSED. I feel for the money, I should have smooth, fully polished nails. I won't be returning.

Try Yucatan down the road. I LOVE ANNIE!!!
