Visiting from Ohio- Great Color and Cut!. I was in town from Ohio for a business meeting and needed a last minute highlight and cut. Belleza was very accomodating and scheduled me for an appointment with Chris. Chris did an amazing job...I've never received such wonderful service (and educational information), not to mention, the best cut and color I've ever had, and I'm very picky (I love the shiny and vibrant results of the Goldwell blonde line). Very poor experience and customer service. After using most of Knoxville's "best" salons for the past 12 years I can easily say this was my WORST experience. I made an appointment for a $75 special (cut/color) that they advertised. They accidentally booked me with a specialist and never told me. I was then charged $150 - DOUBLE what I was suppose to pay. They refused to count the cost for their mistake. I was ripped off, overcharged, and lied to. I am not one to ever complain or write a poor report for a company but this was a horrible experience. A company should take responsibility for their mistakes and strive to make their customers satisfied. Belleza did exactly the opposite.…
Beyond amazing work. I took my 18 year old son who is a Marine to Belleza for a massage after his ordeal at bootcamp. He had been having terrible backaches since his 13 weeks of training. Heather was his therapist and she did an amazing job for him. I had Jessica and I was well beyond pleased. I am getting ready to plan a day for my two bestfriends and myself. Discrimination!!!. These are Discriminatory persons. They will not allow Men in their Salon. I tried to make an appointment, never have been there in my life, and they refused service because I was a guy. These people are sad, and I have reported them for legal review on civil rights. Wonderful Experience. I just went for a dramatic haircut at Belleza today. First time I've ever been there. Amber was wonderful. Very professional yet down to earth. I just found my honeypot of beauty. Very satisfied.
