NEVER EVER GO BACK!. I went to Knoxville location, 2 days ago.Beautiful place, friendly staff....I needed to get my hair razored, since gal at a different salon I had it cut at, doesn't do any razoring ..I explained that to the gal (she was very nice) ..what I needed done...well all I can say is my hair is so messed up. I cannot do a thing to it...I called to let them know, and was asked to come back in,to have it fixed...there isnt enough hair on my head to cut!!!!! I am LIVID, with a pomade and a haircut, it cost me $72.00...and I cant even style it??????? where is that right????????…

Will never go back. Went to the Maryville, TN location for the first time 3 weeks ago. I got color and a cut. I made my free follow up with the hair stylist who cut my hair. Well basically when he cut my hair the 1st visit he gave me no style or layers, he really did not cut much off.

He had to basically give me a new hair cut on this 2 week follow up. I asked him if he liked my color and he said it looks good did you do it yourself????

I asked him why my roots were showing after just 2 weeks, he replied that is so crazy I will have you see the hair color person (who did it 2 weeks ago)

I see the guy who colored my hair and his answer was basically"he did not know my hair and he would put low-lites in it on my next visit. My next visit would have to be asap due to the roots showing.

I will never return. I paid $160.00 plus $100.00 in products.

My next appointment is next week at Salon Visage.…

Still looking for a hairstylist.... I have been looking for a hairstylist that I can trust. I saw all the positive remarks so I decided to read over the reviews. The thing is now, I am more than a bit concerned with the the replies to some negative comments.



Some of the replies to customers negative comments are just rude and childish. A simple apology would have been best. Even if you thought the person was not being honest, it only made the business look bad. You could have taken the opportunity to ask them to come back and let you correct the problem, especially if you knew they were just some jealous hairdresser bad mouthing your shop. For that matter, you could have just as easily asked your friends to post positive comments.

I think I will continue to search for a hairdresser. Not sure I want to patronize this shop.…
