Still looking for a hairstylist...

I have been looking for a hairstylist that I can trust. I saw all the positive remarks so I decided to read over the reviews. The thing is now, I am more than a bit concerned with the the replies to some negative comments.

Some of the replies to customers negative comments are just rude and childish. A simple apology would have been best. Even if you thought the person was not being honest, it only made the business look bad. You could have taken the opportunity to ask them to come back and let you correct the problem, especially if you knew they were just some jealous hairdresser bad mouthing your shop. For that matter, you could have just as easily asked your friends to post positive comments.

I think I will continue to search for a hairdresser. Not sure I want to patronize this shop.

Best Esthetician in Knoxville!!!

Whitney is amazing! she is the best, friendliest, most competent esthetician I've ever been too. I've been going to her for 6 years and will cry when I move out of knoxville next year.

Front desk staff is usually great, never had any problems with them

Worst haircut in a long time

I have never written a bad review about anywhere, but I'm afraid this will be the first....and I am so disappointed, because I tried this salon based on the good reviews I had read. I don't know if I just got a bad stylist or what, but I requested one of the "senior" stylists, and paid for it. It's a shame that I ended up so upset with how everything turned out.

First of all, my stylist scheduled two haircuts almost at the same time, so from the very beginning, I felt like she was rushing me. That feeling continued to the very end of the appointment when she sent me out the door with half a wet head of hair. My hair is naturally wavy, (which I informed her of) so if you blowdry half of it, and not the rest, you get a frazzled, hot mess. I was so embarrassed when I went to pay at the front desk. I just don't think you should look worse than when you came in when you go to a salon. When I got home and started to try to fix it, I noticed that it was extremely uneven--longer on one side. Won't be returning, EVER.

Terrible Customer Service

Will never go back. The lady at the front desk was nice, that was the only pleasant experience. I will go where my time/money is appreciated. (I'm NOT even demanding, before the attacks come of being needy). Sorry but Azzure, gets two thumbs down in my book.

LOVE this place!

I recently moved to Knoxville, and I had been trying to find a place to get my regular haircut & highlight. The only place that I was satisfied with was Salon Azure. Cindy cut & highlighted my hair, and Kendra washed and styled it. Let me tell you.. This duo made me look like a rockstar! I am soo glad I found Salon Azure, and I will continue to request for both Cindy & Kendra from now on!
