RIPOFF. Went in to have stereo installed, everything was ok at this point however greed reared its ugly head when there was a problem with a set of speakers not working, I had brought in my own amp so I figured maybe he was right when he said that the amp output was bad. Well I did go behind him and discovered it wasnt the amp but a loose connection., He did his best to sell me something I didnt need in order to make a buck, what a shame!

Never Returned my Reel to Reel. I dropped off a Reel to Reel take deck 6 years ago for repair. Owner said he would call me when it was repaired. That was about 2005. It is 2012 and I am still waiting on my call. Owner refuses to return calls, refuses to answer BBB requests about situation.

If you purchased a Sony TC-355 in the past 6 years I hope it providing good service to you. Yes it is old and out of date, but it was a Christmas present from my father when I was in high school. There were reasons I wanted an old product repaired and this person was reccomended,...BUT I will not.

Just a warning to those who assume all merchants are honest and fair with customers otherwise they would not be in bussiness.

Charges you money for doing nothing!. I brought my car in to get the radio fixed in July. The owner charged me $150. In November, the radio stopped working again. I brought it back and the owner advised me it would be $50 for him to even look at it. I was furious. He told me that July was a long time ago and I could afford the extra costs. I felt extremely taken advantage of. While I was there the second time, another customer came in saying his radio stopped working as well. The owner looked at him like he was stupid and told him he was wrong. DO NOT GO HERE! I'm out $200 and my radio still doesn't work. It would have cost me another couple hundred for them to "fix it."

Knoxville's WORST Computer Repair Place!. Electronics Tech is located on Downtown West Blvd. behind Bearden High School. Do NOT Take Your Computer There For Any Reason!!! I am trying to make sure what happened to me does NOT happen to anyone else! We were having issues with our computer which we explained during our first phone conversation. The owner gave a max of what it was be if it were a worst case scenario and what do you know. They called us two hours later and said it was already going to cost more than that. The owner went back on his word time and time again. Even with their 60 warranty, I called and told him after picking up the computer it was still having the same issues and he told me he wouldn't fix it. I shared this with BBB and now everyone who reads this. Watch out!!! Do not take your computer here!!!!
