Great Customer Service!. I purchased a washer and was very unhappy with my choice. I called and they did their best to resolve the problem. When I was still not satisfied with the washer, they gave me a full credit toward the washer of my choice and didn't charge me to deliver & install the new washer. Doesn't get much better than this folks!
