Have you been in this store lately?. I can't believe how this store has changed in the last year! Went in yesterday and stayed much longer than anticipated, sipping samples of hot cider and taking in the festive aura of the holidays. I found unique, high end decorations for my home and unexpected gifts. If you haven't been to Homespun in the last few weeks, you just gotta go!

customer service. I am from Washington state and was in this store to pick up some gifts. I am also in retail so I understand customer service as a way to deter shoplifting. I had an employee following me the entire time I was in the store. However, there was no interaction, she did not ask me if I was finding what I wanted or try to offer services in any way. When she asked if she could put my item I was carrying at the counter, I decided I had had enough. I told her "sure, I am ready and would like this picture also. She took them to the desk, layed them down and walked away. The girl cashiering acted as if I wasn't even there. When she did ring me up, there was no pleasantry at all. After leaving the store my sister commented that she didn't think the lady liked me. I did or said nothing that would cause her lack of customer service. If I were there again, I would not go into this store.
